a postgraduate of bristol university in film and televison, jonathan spent his formative years in advertising, initially as a producer and then as an award winning director. over the past four years jonathan has been concentrating on his television career and has directed some high profile television comedy series, including the 11 o’clock show, dawn french’s wild west, big train and the last three series of dead ringers. now, firmly established as one of television’s top comedy directors. his first feature film 3 and out, starring mackenzie crook and imelda staunton, premiered in 2008.
